As per MCA records (October 2026), the company has an Authorized Share Capital of ₹25.00 Crore and Paid-Up Share Capital of ₹22.34 Crore.

We evaluate each Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) against its technical and financial eligibility criteria. Depending on the package size and tender conditions, we participate directly in state and departmental tenders, enter into eligible Joint Venture (JV) consortiums, or execute road, bridge, and earthwork packages as an EPC sub-contractor.
